General Indemnity

The Client (user of website or member) holds harmless and indemnifies The Order and its office holders against any, and all claims, expenses, losses, damages, adverse results, adverse judgements, fines, settlements, or actions incurred by the Client or the Client’s estate resulting from engagement with and the information share from The Order, its officers or contractors, or this website.

12. The user or member also agrees to pay The Order and/or its office holders all charges, expenses or fees incurred by The Order and/or its office Holders, plus a one-off fee of $5,000 and $600 per hour for engagement time plus any expenses incurred by The Order and/or its office holders for any claims that the Client (user of website or member) or their estate makes upon The Order and/or its office holders per claim.

Governing Law

13. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the time being in the State of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the equity courts of Queensland in relation to all matters rising under or in relation to this agreement, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
